ISA round up - 24th July

2, 3 and 5 Year ISA best buys have all seen big jumps this week and there's another price war in the easy access market. The good news there is that one of those rates - Hargreaves Lansdown - is also open to transfers in whereas often the best rates are limited to new customers only or this years subscriptions. Tensions in the Middle East are driving rates higher and while we don't expect significant increases from here, the situation there will continue to support the current higher rates in the short term. We expect next week's Base Rate decision to be a hold, but we may get a clearer indication on the situation for the rest of the year - financial markets have a 4% Base Rate forecast before the end of 2026. Here's our round up of the best buys and key changes in Individual Savings Accounts:

Easy Access ISA

Moneybox are the new best buy as they lead the price war at the top of easy access. Their rate includes a 1.25% bonus for 12 months. Plum are next paying an improved rate of 4.66%, which includes a bonus of 2.12% for 12 months. Hargreaves Lansdown are next paying 4.52% - which is the best rate open to transfers in. Monument Bank remain at 4.34% but for new customers only. Atom Bank pay 4.25% but are only open to new subscriptions only. Kent Reliance improve their rate to 4.24% to move up the tables with Charter Savings Bank also on the move, up to 4.23%, to move alongside Shawbrook Bank. Teachers Building Society single access ISA pays 4.20% (or 4.25% for teachers and education professionals).

Notice ISAs

Aldermore Bank pay a best buy 4.15% for their 60 Day Notice ISA. Stafford Building Society pay 4% on their 60 Day ISA but given easy access rates, it's difficult to justify looking below these two.
